All products sold on this store are digital goods (software license keys). No physical items are shipped.
1. Delivery Method Digital licenses are delivered automatically upon successful payment via:
- Email — sent to the address provided at checkout
- Order confirmation page — displayed immediately after purchase
2. Instant Delivery In most cases, license keys are delivered instantly after payment is processed. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to fraud checks or payment verification. If you have not received your key within this period, contact support before taking any other action.
3. Delivery Issues If you experience any of the following, contact support for prompt resolution:
- License key not received
- Invalid or non-activating key
- Wrong product received
4. All Sales Final Because digital products are delivered and become accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. Digital items — including software services, digital keys, and other non-tangible products — are non-refundable once delivered, activated, or accessed. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges this.
5. Payment Disputes Customers are encouraged to contact support before filing a dispute with their payment provider. All disputes are reviewed against delivery, access, and activity logs, and full documentation is provided to payment processors.
6. No Physical Shipping As all products are digital, there is no physical shipping involved. No physical items will be received, and there are no shipping fees or delays related to physical shipments.
